    The customer service i received was wonderful. I returned the Power Bank as it was not compatible with my laptop and a replacement was sent out immediately. Unfortunately the replacement Power bank was not compatible either and at this point opted for a full refund. Although I purchased the original Power Bank from a retail outlet, Cygnet refunded the full amount quickly and efficiently. Sean was quick to respond to all my emails and i can't praise him enough for his excellent customer service

Cygnett’s warranty extends to purchases made at authorised retailers, to claim please contact your original place of purchase. 

All Cygnett products include a 2-year warranty, with the exception of the 5-year warranty for Armoured cables.
