    Work marvellously well. Can be inconspicuously slipped into packed luggage and tracked with Apple’s Find My network.

    Good but Power Button too easily pressed when in Wallet

    I purchase these TravelTags to replace another chipolo brand of AirTag compatible wallet tracker I had been using for almost 2 years. That tracker was not rechargeable, so I was after one that was rechargeable. I am happy that this Cygnet TravelTag is rechargeable and is slightly slimmer than the previous tracker.

    Unfortunately when it is in my wallet it is too easy for the power button to be pushed accidentally causing the tracker to make a sound. This happens particularly if I have my compact wallet in my jeans back pocket. At one stage ihe unintended button pressing caused the tag to disconnect from Apple Find My, defeating the purpose of having the tracker. I had to go through the process of adding it to Apple Find me a second time.

    I have not tried using the second TravelTag in the pack yet, but assume my partner will have the same issue.

Cygnett’s warranty extends to purchases made at authorised retailers, to claim please contact your original place of purchase. 

All Cygnett products include a 2-year warranty, with the exception of the 5-year warranty for Armoured cables.

Shipping

Once your order has been placed it will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. You will be notified of this via email.

Returns

Cygnett accepts returns within 30 days of purchase on items purchased from cygnett.com.
